General Questions:
How do I start playing?
The setup and registration process for Jackpot Scratch should only take 2 minutes (with a cable or ADSL connection, and 8-10 minutes with a standard 56KBs modem). Simply click on any "PLAY NOW" button on our website, and you will be directed to our registration page, where you will be asked to fill out a small form. The form is quick to fill out, and after that you'll be able to log into your newly created Jackpot Scratch account.
What are the system requirements?
The minimum system requirements for playing Jackpot Scratch are as follows:
Windows Vista/XP/2000/98/NT/95, P166MMX, 32MB RAM, 16-bit color, and 20MB free hard disk space. For optimum results, it is best to set your monitor to high color (16 bit) and 600x800 resolution.
I’ve forgotten my password – what do I do?
You can still load Jackpot Scratch as usual, but when you get to the login box, click on 'Forgot Password'. A new page will open, asking you to confirm certain account details to ensure that you are the account holder. After all details have been correctly entered, you will receive a new temporary password in your email inbox.
Is it possible to uninstall Jackpot Scratch?
Yes. If at any time you wish to uninstall Jackpot Scratch, you can do so by visiting the 'Start' menu on your computer and selecting ‘All Programs – Jackpot Scratch – uninstall Jackpot Scratch’ and then follow the on-screen instructions.

How can I make a deposit?
Making an online deposit into your account is quick and easy. Click on the Cashier button anywhere within the Jackpot Scratch lobby and you will be transferred to a new screen where you can choose your payment method. For full details on all of our available payment methods, visit the Cashier page.
How can I make a withdrawal?
Accessing the cashier section in the casino will also allow you to make a withdrawal. Enter the amount you choose to withdraw, click on the desired withdrawal method and then 'withdraw'. Once a request has been placed, there is a short pending period with every withdrawal. This is to give our audit team time to ensure you've completed all the wagering requirements from any received bonuses. As you become a higher-ranking VIP member, the pending withdrawal period will significantly decrease.
What are Complimentary ‘Comp’ Points?
Every time you place a bet, Jackpot Scratch rewards you with Comp points. You automatically earn points while playing and for every £/€10 wagered, you earn 1 point. Points can be exchanged at any time for real money at a rate of 100 comps to £/€1.

How do I know that your games operate fairly?
We use random number generators to ensure that all of our games are fair and 100% accurate. All of our games are tested monthly by Technical Systems Testing (TST) to prove impartiality. Results from these tests are published on our website, which can be accessed through the Fair Gaming section.
If I lose my Internet connection while playing, what should I do?
All of our members are automatically logged out of the software after a sustained period of inactivity, so don't worry if you are unable to reconnect straight away. If you manage to reconnect before being logged out you will start the game exactly where you left it. If the game doesn’t open automatically, you will be able to see the end result of the game, by clicking on ‘Options’, then ‘History’ in the game window.
